We’re looking for someone who’s both switched on and switched over - someone who understands (or wants to understand) the gear, and can communicate clearly with customers to help them choose the right setup. If you're organised, solutions-focused, and love working with both tech and people, this is your place.

About the Role
This role is a mix of front-of-house customer service, quoting and order processing, and behind-the-scenes requires articulate communication skill with our sales and technical teams.

You’ll be front and centre, supporting our sales team, guiding customers through technical gear, and helping deliver solutions to clients from B2C through to mining, marine, or local government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients in-store, by phone, and email

Assist with product enquiries and retail sales

Prepare accurate quotes and invoices

Coordinate with suppliers for best product & delivery solutions

Support the sales team with admin and supplier liaison

We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills - people trust your advice

An interest in electronics, comms tech, or marine gear (or relevant experience)

High attention to detail and strong task follow-through

Experience in sales, customer service, or a technical support role

A natural problem-solver who likes to take ownership, not wait for instructions
