As a scheduling coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person making sure our Property Inspectors are in the right place at the right time. You’ll juggle schedules, make phone calls, and chat with tenants, property managers, and clients, all while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
A typical day might include:
Coordinating daily bookings for our busy team of Property Inspectors
Communicating with clients, tenants and real estate agents to confirm appointments
Using your organisational superpowers to schedule and reschedule
Organising interstate or regional trips for our Property Inspectors by booking accommodation, hire cars and or flights
Solving little puzzles and keeping the team one step ahead
Who are you?
Your someone who has:
A friendly, confident phone manner and strong customer-focused approach
Great time management, prioritisation and organisation skills
A problem-solving mindset and willingness to jump in and learn
Attention to detail and takes pride in doing things well
Prior experience in customer service or admin (but not essential!)
Thrives in a busy and fast-moving environment
