The Role:

As City Works Division Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of maintenance projects across the city. Your leadership will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project delivery: Manage and coordinate a variety of building maintenance projects, including:

· Height and safety systems installation (safety ladders, walkways, static lines, abseiling and fall arrest anchors)

· Painting and rendering

· Waterproofing and sealing

· Pressure cleaning

· General building maintenance services

Client Liaison: Engage with clients to fully understand their project requirements, develop

innovative and practical solutions, allocate resources, and schedule work efficiently.

Commercial Management: Assess projects, prepare detailed estimates and quotes, negotiate

commercial terms and contract structures, and determine time, personnel, and material needs.

About You:

· Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and complex projects

· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

· Excellent commercial awareness, including project estimation and contract negotiation

· Knowledge of height safety systems and building maintenance

· High motivation, initiative, and problem-solving skills
