We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Site Engineer, ideally with structures experience (but not essential), to join our dynamic team in Melbourne, Victoria.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of civil infrastructure and structural projects, gain hands-on site experience, and be part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the planning, coordination and delivery of civil construction and structural projects from start to finish.

· Provide on-site engineering support to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

· Interpret and review engineering drawings, design plans and specifications.

· Support project reporting, cost control, subcontractor management and procurement.

· Maintain strict compliance with OH&S, environmental and quality standards.

· Work closely with project managers, site supervisors and key stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Key Requirements

· Bachelor Degree (or Diploma) in Engineering, Science, Building Construction, Construction Management or equivalent.

· Minimum 2 years' engineering experience as a Site Engineer in civil construction (structures experience highly regarded but not essential).

· Strong understanding of construction methodologies, quality assurance and safety processes.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.

· Current driver’s licence and full Australian work rights.
