About the Role

As a Business Support Officer, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality administrative, financial, and customer service support. Your work will directly contribute to the success of community and economic development programs by ensuring efficient processes, accurate reporting, and responsive stakeholder engagement.
You'll work collaboratively across the Network and with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for internal and external clients, providing professional and courteous service.
  • Support the administration of funding programs, including grant acquittals and financial processing.
  • Maintain and update content on the website and intranet.
  • Draft and review communications, reports, and briefings.
  • Coordinate meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support, including resource coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Operations Team for financial administration tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and WHS obligations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Business Support Group.
