About the role:

Due to growth in the business my client are looking for an experienced repair coordinator to join the team! As part of this role you will be working closely with their experienced supervisors, assisting them with their claims and liaising with customers.

• Update notes to internal and client portals
• Prepare and provide documentation relating to the claim
• Issue purchase orders to specialist trades
• Approve incoming invoices from respective trades

About you:

• Min 1 year experience in the role or similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management skills
