Our client is a well-established construction company based in West Ryde, New South Wales, specialising in structural concrete works across high rise commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Site Supervisor with proven experience in building structural concrete to lead site operations and drive successful project delivery. Job Responsibilities:

Lead on-site operations by supervising all work activities, planning daily tasks, and guiding the team to meet project milestones.

Coordinate resources including procurement of materials, equipment, and labour, while managing subcontractors in consultation with the Operations Manager.

Monitor site progress by adjusting short-term programs, resolving issues proactively, and maintaining alignment with project goals and conditions.

Ensure technical accuracy in setting out works, verifying concrete levels, identifying correct mixes, and overseeing placement procedures.

Maintain site records such as daily diaries, time sheets, delivery dockets, photographic evidence, and quality documentation (ITPs, QA/QC)

Promote site safety by conducting daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, inductions, safety walks, and ensuring PPE and maintenance compliance.

Contribute hands-on when required, performing trade duties including formwork, steel fixing, and concrete placement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in structural concrete construction, with hands-on oversight of formwork, steel fixing, and concrete placement on complex building projects.

Strong understanding of construction plans, sequencing, technical drawings, concrete set-out, and finish tolerances.

Thorough knowledge of WHS legislation, site safety procedures, and Quality Assurance practices including documentation and photographic evidence.

Proven experience managing subcontractors, site logistics, resource planning, and productivity on active construction sites.

Competent in using industry software such as Procore, Aconex, Hammertech, Neo Intelligence, Bluebeam, Hilti On-Track, MS Office, and Premier
