Care Manager - Leading Role in Aged Care | Sydney's Northern Beaches

The Opportunity:

Join a highly regarded, 100+ bed Nursing Home on Sydney’s picturesque Northern Beaches as one of three Care Managers. This is a pivotal second-in-charge leadership position, where you'll ensure residents receive the highest standard of clinical care while fostering a culture of teamwork, communication, and person-centred service.

As Care Manager, you will:

• Lead and support a team of passionate Nursing staff.
• Champion a holistic care approach that meets the clinical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
• Work closely with the Facility Manager as part of the senior leadership team to ensure the smooth and successful running of the home.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong clinical background and leadership skills to step into a key Management role.

What We’re Looking For:

• Acting Care Managers
• Clinical Care Coordinators (CCC)
• Senior RNs with Aged Care experience seeking career progression.

• AHPRA Registered Nurse (essential).
• Experience as a Care Manager preferred; however, we also welcome:
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and upcoming sector reforms.
