Your New Role
You’ll be responsible for managing the delivery of a 17-townhouse development in Nudgee from start to finish. This is a hands-on Site Manager role, overseeing trades, subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality, and program targets are met. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll drive site performance and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders.

What You'll Need to Suceed

• Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder licence (essential)
• Trade background in carpentry or similar preferred
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site workflows
• Previous experience on townhouse or similar residential projects
• This could also suit a Foreman looking to step up into a Site Manager position
