Keeden Contracting Pty Ltd is an established civil construction company that have been operating specialist earthwork projects throughout the central west of NSW for over 8 years.

THE ROLE

Are you an experienced excavator operator with a passion for civil construction? Keeden Contracting Pty Ltd is looking for a skilled professional to join our growing team in Orange NSW. This is a full-time position where you’ll play a vital role in constructing large-scale earthmoving projects across the central west of NSW.

Day to day, our teams operate a variety of plant equipment to dig trenches, install pits and pipes, haul and lay cable/conduit, backfill trenches, drive and load/unload tippers/trucks, and perform general labouring duties.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

Current driver's license and Construction White Card

Good attitude and work ethic, able to follow instructions with a safety-first approach to all aspects of work

Work well in a team environment as well as work independently

Rights to work in Australia

Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen

To succeed in this role, you will need

Minimum 4 years’ experience

A national recognised industry ticket

Experienced in use of plant/excavators around services

Strong ability to read site plans and work independently on complex task
