About the role

Pades Excavations is seeking a versatile and experienced Multiplant Operator (excavator, skid steer), Truck Driver, and General Hand to join our dynamic team in Coffs Harbour, NSW. This full-time position will play a pivotal role in supporting our construction projects, utilising your expertise across multiple pieces of equipment and varied tasks.

What you'll be doing

Safely and efficiently operating a range of construction equipment, including excavators, skid steers, and trucks

Performing general labouring duties to support construction activities

Maintaining construction equipment and vehicles in good working order

Adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

Collaborating with the wider construction team to ensure project milestones are met

What we're looking for

Experience operating a variety of construction equipment, including excavators, skid steers, and trucks

Demonstrated ability to perform general labouring tasks on construction sites

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety

Good communication and teamwork skills

Relevant construction industry qualifications and licences (e.g. High-Risk Work Licences)
