Job Overview:

As the Graphic Designer & Client Relations Agent you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and delivering high-quality signage solutions. You will manage graphic design projects, prepare detailed production drawings, and act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and executed effectively. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

• Collaborate with clients to conceptualise and develop design ideas for signage projects, ensuring they align with branding and project objectives.

• Create visually appealing and functional designs for various signage formats, including, but not limited to, indoor, outdoor, vehicle, and promotional materials.

• Ensure all designs are print-ready and meet technical specifications for production.

• Maintain and organise design files, templates, and brand assets.

Production Drawings

• Prepare precise and detailed production drawings for manufacturing and installation teams.

• Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards, client specifications, and industry best practices.

• Communicate effectively with production staff to address any design or technical queries.

• Conduct quality checks on drawings and final outputs to ensure accuracy.

Client Relations

• Act as the internal client representative, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

• Conduct client meetings to gather requirements, present designs, and provide progress updates.

• Ensure client feedback is integrated into projects and expectations are managed throughout the process.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the production and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Provide guidance and input on design feasibility and material selection.

• Collaborate with colleagues to improve workflows and enhance client experiences.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Flexi.

• Knowledge of materials used in the signage industry (highly desirable).

• Strong technical drawing skills and familiarity with CAD software (desirable but not necessary).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
