About the role

Team Elite are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating unique designs that elevate our client's brands within the sporting industry. This full-time position is based in our Eagle Farm, Queensland office, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

Interpreting detailed design brief's supplied by sales representatives on behalf of their client's

Logo placement, development of visual concepts and designs for a variety of client projects

Projects including but not limited to Client Artwork (pdf) & Product Images (png)

Provide clear communication to help manage client feedback & revisions

Collaborating with the events team to ensure merchandise designs are on-brand, attractive, and resonate with the target audience

Assisting with brand development

Preparing high-quality digital and print-ready artwork for suppliers/production

Approving production samples/mock ups from suppliers

Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices within the sports, school & business industry

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our design processes and workflows

What we're looking for

A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, or a related field

Experience as a Graphic Designer, portfolio preferred for application

Proficiency in design software - Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong creative thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

Experience within the sports industry or an interest in sports is preferred

A passion and drive to create innovative, impactful designs

Basic understanding of decoration processes such as; sublimation, screen printing, embroidery, direct to fabric transfer (DTF) etc.

Other programs/skills - Yellow Images (3D images) and Gmail (emails)
