United Hail Repairs (UHR) is the trusted national partner for one of Australia’s leading insurance providers, specialising in restoring vehicles damaged by hail. Weare also opened a Smarsh repair shop in Sydney. We operate across the country for hail — working with agents, contractors, and setting up temporary hail repair facilities wherever they’re needed.
Because hail events can be unpredictable, no two days are the same. You’ll experience a fast-moving, problem-solving environment with a mix of challenges, interesting tasks, and opportunities to grow.

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need prior industry experience — we’ll provide the training you need. This role is perfect for someone who:

Brings a positive, can-do attitude (and a sense of humour doesn’t hurt!)

Has strong communication skills to create a great experience for vehicle owners

Is comfortable using computers — from basic functions to more advanced systems

Can manage calls effectively and set realistic expectations for customers

Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in accurate, thorough work

Can work independently and take ownership of their tasks

Your Role
We’ll shape the position to suit your skills, experience, and career goals. Your responsibilities may include:

Handling inbound and outbound calls about hail-damaged vehicles

Updating and managing claims in our systems — from a single case to high volumes

Providing clear, empathetic communication to customers and stakeholders

Solving problems, logistics etc nationally

Taking full or partial ownership of customer service functions, depending on your background and availability
