What We Offer

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + Monthly team bonus based on group targets

Location: Springfield, Brisbane (~30km from CBD) with parking nearby

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9–5 (flexible start/finish possible)

Probation: 3 months, with full training and onboarding support

What You’ll Be Doing

Bridge the gap between document collection and submission — research lenders, structure deals, and prepare files ready for lodgement

Work closely with brokers on first-home buyer and construction deals (70–80% of our work is land/build with top-tier developers)

Solve complex scenarios and learn the art of deal structuring from experienced brokers

Build relationships with lenders and clients
