The Role

This role is central to ensuring every finance application is not just approved, but built on sound, strategic credit logic. You’ll work closely with brokers and lenders to structure clean, compliant, and compelling finance submissions.

Your days will include:

Analysing financials, credit reports, and structures to assess client capacity and suitability

Conducting servicing calculations based on lender policy and product guidelines

Identifying risks and presenting mitigants to support strong submission outcomes

Preparing supporting documents and clear submission memos for lender assessors

Keeping up to date with policy changes, compliance requirements, and best practices

Supporting brokers to improve file quality, approval speed, and conversion rates

You Bring

1–3+ years’ experience in credit analysis, lending support, or underwriting

A sharp eye for detail—accuracy is your baseline, not your goalpost

Strong written and verbal communication—you know how to explain the “why” behind the numbers

Familiarity with asset finance or commercial lending is highly regarded

Proficiency with CRMs, digital documentation, and structured workflows

A calm, solutions-first mindset under pressure

Brisbane-based—we believe our strongest culture is built in person

Competitive base salary: $85,000 – $110,000 + Super
