About the role
This role is all about managing the day-to-day operations from our office in O'Connor, Western Australia. You will be reporting to two directors, who live and work remotely. This role includes the following areas:
Answering and directing incoming phone calls and servicing the admin email account
Project managing workloads of the various staff members
Managing / delegating Jobman Academy documentation and course information
Managing / delegating staff and client support via the Support Tickets system
Continuing to enhance and better document Jobman’ s internal procedures
General office duties, events and errands
Scheduling of meetings and record keeping.
Performing HR functions by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and on-boarding employees.
A small amount of debt collection.
Facilitate all travel requirements for the Directors.
Potential for the company to pay for you to complete formal qualifications in Human Resources
We welcome initiative, this role will involve some scope for putting your own personality into the role.
This is a part time role, we require around 19 hours per week.
The salary shown is the full time equivalent salary for comparison, so the actual salary received will be around half of what is shown.

We are a small but rapidly growing company who create and support Job Management Software for clients globally within the Manufacturing Industry. This is a great opportunity to work in a forward-thinking progressive company.
We currently have 7 staff, 5 of whom work in our modern O'Connor office. All staff work from home on a Wednesday to facilitate healthy work / life balance. We regularly go out for lunch to celebrate work anniversaries and other team building activities as our staff are our biggest asset.
The office offers a positive, supportive work environment, we keep meetings to a minimum, and treat our staff well.
About you
A positive can-do attitude and a friendly nature
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
High level competency with Microsoft Applications, and able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
Outstanding organisational skills and ability to self-manage a busy work load.
A proactive approach to all projects and tasks.
Ability to work autonomously within a team, also be able to manage team members.
Strong presentation skills and ability to educate others.
Must have high attention to detail.
Ability to schedule and manage many projects at the one time.
At least 1+ years experience in Office or Project Management.
Advantageous but not required
Previous experience in Customer Success
Previous experience in HR
Marketing media / social media skills
