The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a critical role in delivering technology solutions that align with business objectives. This role is responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring IT initiatives deliver measurable value and meet end-user needs.

Key Responsibilities

Engage stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and validate business and system requirements

Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications

Collaborate with developers, architects, and project teams to design effective solutions

Produce comprehensive documentation including BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and process flows

Support the creation of test cases and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT)

Liaise between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to maintain alignment

Analyse current-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Skills and Experience

3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT projects

Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process modelling, and documentation

Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)

Experience using tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams

Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA are desirable
