About the role

As our Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in driving Living Iron's success through improving processes and procedures and business process and management optimisation.

What you'll be doing

Analysing existing business processes, systems and data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

Gathering, documenting and validating business requirements for new and existing projects

Working closely with our teams to design and implement solutions that address our business needs

Creating detailed process flows to support the project delivery lifecycles

Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather information and gain consensus from stakeholders

Monitoring project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to the project team

Serving as a subject matter expert, translating concepts and suggestions into clear, actionable insights for the business

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical team members

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex business challenges

Proficient in process mapping, requirements gathering, user story development and other business analysis techniques

Experience working with Agile methodologies and delivering projects in an iterative, incremental manner

Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data analysis techniques

Tertiary qualification in Business Management

Experience of working within manufacturing or metal fabrication operations.
