Join the team at 1000 Reasons and help bring our fire-fuelled food story to life. Working alongside our Head Chef, you’ll be part of a close-knit crew delivering rustic, flavour-packed dishes in a warm, relaxed setting.

We’re looking for hands-on, quick-thinking team players who thrive in a busy kitchen and share our passion for quality, seasonal food. Whether you’re a skilled chef; sous chef or an enthusiastic kitchen hand, this is your chance to work with fresh ingredients, open flames, and great people.

What you’ll bring:

Experience in a fast-paced, quality kitchen (chefs) or a willingness to learn (kitchen hands)

A supportive, can-do attitude and ability to work as part of a team

Skills in prep, grilling, plating, and kitchen coordination (for chef roles)

A love of fire-based cooking – or the curiosity to master it

Availability Wednesday to Sunday, with flexibility for the occasional evening event
