This is a senior leadership role for an experienced public practice professional who thrives on strategic advisory, building trusted client relationships, and developing high-performing teams.

What You'll Do:

• Lead a $750K-$1M client portfolio, delivering tax, business services & advisory.
• Advise clients on structuring, succession planning, forecasting, and growth strategies.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering technical and commercial excellence.
• Drive business growth by identifying and delivering new service opportunities.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years' public practice experience (mid-tier or larger preferred).
• 2+ years in a management or leadership role.
• CA (or recognised equivalent) qualification.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
