Formed over 25 years ago, this firm has grown significantly through providing tailored solutions to suit their impressive client base. Their client base is not typical for a boutique CA Firm - they have many larger groups and tend not to work with small business and individuals.

They have a very strong focus on client service and strive to work collaboratively with their clients to ensure their needs and desires are met.

With this growth they are now seeking to add to its team by appointing additional Managers/Senior Managers.

Your Role
You will take direct responsibility for the management of assignments including working directly with their clients providing advice and helping them by adding value, as well as ensuring they meet their legislative obligations. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the partners and actively manage/mentor staff to develop their careers.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be CA or CPA qualified and have demonstrated experience working in tax and business services in a Chartered Accounting firm in Australia. Through this experience you will also be able to demonstrate the ability to manage both the requirements of their clients, but also assist in the development of the team. Strong communication and interpersonal and relationship building skills are also essential.
