The firm provides services across taxation, business advisory, audit, and superannuation. Regarding their clientele they work with a wide range from small to medium business up to ASX listed companies from industries including, but not limited to, manufacturing, NFP, financial services and wholesalers.

Their Canberra office is now looking for a passionate and driven Senior Accountant to join their business services team. You will be reporting to a fantastic Partner who is genuinely invested in your success and also works remotely. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with interesting and complex clients but from the freedom of your own home.

The firm has a great team culture with a strong emphasis on training, development, and mentoring. They also do a lot of social, and team based activities which adds to the team/company culture. They actively promote a strong work life balance so you will not be expected to be working overtime. While not required, it is encouraged to be in their Canberra office for on boarding in the first week, quarterly office visits and quarterly external training sessions and EOFY & Christmas parties so you get to experience the office culture.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a business services role and be CA/CPA qualified. As an individual you will be down to earth, switched on, technical, driven and have excellent communication skills. As this is a remote role you need to be someone who thrives independently and is self motivated.
