We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our small team as a Pharmacy Assistant/ Retail Manager. This will be a part time position of up to 34 hours per week. As a Community Pharmacy the customer is the centre of everything that we do and excelling in customer service is one of our highest priorities.

The successful candidate will receive on the job training and guidance to develop a wide range of skills in the pharmacy industry.

Key Responsibilities

Providing Customer Service.

Operating the cash register and processing transactions.

Managing inventory, ordering and receiving. Stock integrity. Promotions and Catalogue set up.

Other Responsibilities

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Assisting with other duties as required.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.

Attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness to learn and take direction.

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Enthusiasm for learning and continued development within the pharmacy.

Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy (or willingness to obtain)

Previous pharmacy or retail experience preferred but not essential
