Lead a dedicated, multisite team delivering critical Family Preservation services, keeping children safely at home by addressing the root causes of conflict, neglect, or risk, and strengthening family capacity.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and mentor a team of high performing Case Workers / Managers delivering best-practice care
• Oversee case planning, risk management, and care compliance
• Provide expert advice and training across casework matters
• Ensure accreditation and compliance with OCG and DCJ standards
• Work in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders

What We Are Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience working within Child, Youth & Family Services / Domestic Violence prevention and intervention.
• Prior experience in a leadership, senior, or mentoring role
• Degree-qualified in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (essential)
• Sound knowledge of OCG compliance, child protection legislation, and trauma-informed care
• Strong documentation, risk assessment, and case planning skills

Location & Flexibility:

• Based near Sydney Metro area, with travel to local services as required

• $115-$120k + super + salary packaging
