Stakeholder Engagement Manager – Vocational Programs

* 6 month contract
* $95 - $115 p/h + super
* Parramatta/Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Stakeholder Engagement Manager to lead the design and delivery of industry and community relations strategies across a high-impact government education program.
In this role, you will:

• Lead the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies that align with program and government priorities.
• Manage a range of stakeholder-focused projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope and budget.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform strategy development and sector-wide initiatives.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including industry representatives, training providers, and community organisations.
• Provide high-level advice to project teams and senior leaders on engagement planning and delivery.
• Prepare project documentation including status reports, discussion papers, and strategic briefings.

About you

• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering stakeholder engagement strategies within a complex organisation, preferably in government, education, training, or community services.
• Proven ability to build and manage productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including industry partners, community organisations, and internal teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing briefings, reports, and discussion papers for executive and ministerial audiences.
• Strong analytical and research skills to support evidence-based strategy development and decision-making.
