To Join Us, You’ll Need:

AHPRA registration

Experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or families

A genuine interest in working with young people, demonstrated through training or career focus

WWCC, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening

A valid driver’s licence and own transport (for occasional school visits)

A minimum of 2 days per week availability

Employment or Contracting—Your Choice

Employees receive hands-on support, secure conditions, and above Award remuneration (negotiated based on experience and contribution).

Contractors enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and fair fees with super provisions.
