A reputable Not-for-Profit organisation near the Perth Airport is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer with experience in Aged Care to join their friendly finance team. This is a meaningful opportunity to support a mission-driven organisation that makes a real impact in the community.

Role Requirements:

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally within aged care or NFP sector
• Familiarity with Medicare/ACFI claiming and funding processes
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Role & Responsibilities:

• End-to-end accounts receivable including invoicing, receipting and reconciliations
• Manage and follow up aged debtors and funding anomalies
• Liaise with residents, families, and external providers on account queries
• Support claim processing through Medicare and aged care funding systems
• Prepare AR reports for management and assist with audits
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and team collaboration
