We are partnered with a major insurer expanding their workers compensation division who are growing their market share and seeking experienced Senior Case Managers or Occupational Rehab Consultants ready to leverage their expertise in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

The role

• Full end-to-end claims management maintaining a mixed claims portfolio, heavily physical claims
• Be client facing and involved in tender processes whilst working in a relationship management manner portfolio of claims
• Support the team with training and further enhance your skills and expertise in this sector
• Encourage successful RTW whilst gain support from Injury Management Advisors/Return to Work & Technical Specialists when needed whilst reporting to an experienced leader.

About you

• Workers Compensation Professional: 3+ years in end-to-end claims, or Occupational Rehab Specialist: RTW, injury management, or rehab consulting background looking to transition into a claims role
• Genuine passion for customer care and achieving the best recovery outcomes
• Team player who enjoys mentoring and collaborating
• Process improvement mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas
