Experienced Paving Foreman Wanted!
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Foreman to join our growing team!
This is a leadership role with occasional on the tools work, but your primary focus will be coordination, accountability, and execution.
About the role:
You'll be leading multiple residential and commercial paving projects across Melbourne
Conduct toolbox talks & SWMS briefings
Coordinate subcontractors, labourers & deliveries
Ensure quality, safety & compliance standards
Step in on the tools where necessary
About you:
Experience as a foreman, leading hand or 5 years experience as tradesperson in the construction / landscaping industry (Commercial projects highly advantageous)
Some Paving experience required
Great communicator and problem-solver
Strong leadership and site management skills
Ability to coordinate teams and meet deadlines
Valid driver's licence, White Card, unrestricted work rights in Australia
