The Project:
Refurbishment of a busy shopping centre including:

Reconfiguration and addition of tenancies

Façade, streetfront, and shopfront upgrades

Cosmetic internal works and services upgrades

Ongoing fitout packages expected throughout delivery

The Role:
You'll work closely with the Site Manager and project delivery team to:

Coordinate day-to-day site activity and subcontractors

Oversee structural and finishing trades across multiple stages

Maintain quality, safety, and keep the program on track

Assist with incoming client variations and evolving scope

Ideal for someone ready to step up on a complex live environment project with solid pipeline behind it.
