Join a well-established landscaping and maintenance business with nearly 50 years of experience maintaining some of Victoria’s largest shopping centres and high-profile commercial landscapes.

We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to manage accounts and financial administration for approximately 24 hours per week — with flexibility in how those hours are worked and the option to work from home part of the week.

The Role

You’ll work closely with the Finance & Office Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping and assist with broader finance functions, including:

Generating and processing invoices, purchase orders, and bills

Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

End-of-month financial close, including account reconciliations

Preparing quarterly BAS

Opportunity to take on additional responsibilities

About You

Proven bookkeeping or accounting administration experience in facilities management, construction, or maintenance services

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial work

Comfortable working with multiple software systems; experience with Xero and/or AroFlo (or similar) is a plus

Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
