Platinum Books (a division of GFM Accountants) are seeking to employ a bright, enthusiastic and experienced bookkeeper to join our team.
It is a part time role of 20 to 30 hours per week with the flexibility in working days and hours.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is to assist our small to medium business clients with maintaining their Xero files which will include -
Full-function Bookkeeping
Reconciling of Bank, Credit Card and Loan transactions accurately and promptly
Reconciling of Accounts Receivable including invoicing
Reconciling of Accounts Payable including paying suppliers
Payroll Processing
Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries
Training and onboarding of new clients
Selection Criteria:
You will have the following qualifications / key attributes -
Xero Certified Advisor (including payroll)
Certificate IV in Bookkeeping
Experience with small to medium business clients using Xero
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
