About the Role:

As our in-house Bookkeeper, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of our business. Your attention to detail and financial expertise will help support our team so we can keep doing what we do best – building the toughest 4x4s in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable processes

Ensure our trade accounts are paying in a timely manner

Bank Reconciliations

Processing credit card payments

Reconciling and banking cash

Inventory and job costing support

Financial Reporting

Liaise with Group Financial Controller as needed

What we are looking for:

Previous bookkeeping experience (3+ years preferred)

Proficient with Xero (or similar accounting software)

Strong understanding of accounting principles and ATO compliance

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Experience in a retail, automotive or trade environment a plus
