As the face of an award-winning design and manufacturing brand, the Customer Experience Coordinator will represent the company across all customer touchpoints.
You will be the first point of contact for clients who visit the showroom, and seamlessly manage the relationship from enquiry, quoting and through to completed sale.
You’ll work closely with a passionate and driven team committed to collaboration, empowerment, and a strong sense of community. Your exceptional organisational skills will allow you to thrive both independently and in a team environment, focusing optimising the customer experience, while supporting the Sales Team and broader business.
This is a full time position, based in showroom on the Northern Beaches.
Key responsibilities
Be the first point of contact and manage all daily functions of the showroom including sample displays, space presentation and event coordination
Manage all incoming enquiries via phone, email and digital as well as in-person in showroom
Prepare quotes, sales orders and invoices for new projects
Ensure enquiries are actioned within the required timeframe and clients flow through the correct purchasing channels
Ensure timely and accurate data entry in the internal CRM platform
Provide core sales support to the wider team in multiple office locations
Proactively identify and assess areas of improvement across customer touchpoints
Skills and experience
Experience in a customer service or showroom management position, ideally within the design or luxury product sectors
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and relationships with stakeholders
Excellent organisation skills, high attention to detail and personal drive to deliver exceptional client outcomes
Dilligent with processes and continuously seeking ways to improve and optimise workflow
Experience with a CRM software like Salesforce
