Greet and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism

Manage bookings, recalls, and front desk coordination

Process payments and health fund claims

Occasionally assist chairside, prepare rooms, and follow sterilisation protocols

Ensure a smooth and friendly patient journey from start to finish

✅ About You

Experience as a dental assistant preferred (but we’ll train the right person)

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A proactive, caring, and reliable team player

Excellent communication and ability to multitask

Confident and professional, with a warm approach to patient care
