About the Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Administration Officer to join our Emergency Department Administration Team who provide support to ED and the Emergency Medicine Unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
This critical role will be responsible for:
- The activation of all emergency paging throughout the facility
- Facilitating all admissions through ED and recording health information and insurances
- Administrative duties and data entry

Demonstrate the ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times, while safeguarding against misuse or inappropriate release of health information
Display sound judgment and logical thinking
Maintain a high level of integrity and attention to detail
Be a willing team member, able to work a 24 hour rotating roster as needed
