About the role

Pellenc Australia is seeking a dedicated Parts Manager to join our team in Regency Park, South Australia. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department, catering to the needs of our customers and supporting our service technicians. As the Parts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our inventory, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the daily operations of the parts department, including stock management, ordering, and inventory control

Processing customer orders efficiently and ensuring timely delivery of parts

Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients

Collaborating with the service team to identify and procure the necessary parts for repairs and maintenance

Maintaining accurate records and generating reports on parts usage, inventory levels, and budget adherence

Supervising and training parts department staff (2) to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction

Training dealers on Pellenc parts organisation.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a parts management or equivalent role within the industry (specialised machinery and small engines for agriculture and landscaping).

Strong knowledge of parts and their applications within our industry.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Proficient in inventory management, order processing, and stock control.

Technical aptitude and understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical machines and parts.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Very familiar with Microsoft Office and pivot tables.
