1 x Fixed-term full-time to 31 March 2026

$69,400 – $79,500 + 12% super

About the Role

This is a key support role in our Building Services team, where you’ll:

Help customers at the front desk, over the phone and by email

Process building applications and assist with issuing outcomes

Keep records accurate and ensure data integrity

Support the team with admin tasks and supplies

Assist the Senior Building Information Officer with day-to-day operations

About You

You don’t need to be a technical expert — but you do need to care about getting things right and helping people along the way. You’ll bring:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Experience in admin, data entry and office systems

A willingness to learn building-related legislation and policies

The ability to stay calm, confident and solutions-focused when dealing with competing priorities

Previous experience in a building services or customer service setting (ideal, but not essential)
