About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Office Assistant to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis (3 days/week). This role supports the day-to-day admin operations of a growing events and hire business, assisting across admin, customer service, and marketing coordination. ( Monday/Tuesday/Friday)
You’ll work closely with our Senior Office Assistant / PA to the General Manager, helping to keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes and ensuring customers and team members are well-supported.
What You’ll Be Doing
Administration & Office Support
Assist with data entry, digital filing, and record-keeping
Maintain and update internal trackers, forms, and systems
Support office supply orders and day-to-day operations
Coordinate staff onboarding documents and ID checks
Log receipts, petty cash, and invoices with the accounts team
Customer & Booking Coordination
Respond to emails and calls in a timely, friendly manner
Update CRM records and manage customer follow-ups
Send quotes, booking confirmations, and post-event surveys
Support our Customer Engagement team with lead follow-up
Sales & Marketing Admin
Log lead generation activity and email nurture sequences
Assist with preparing reports and marketing documents
Help schedule newsletters and social media posts
Upload client files and documents to the correct platforms
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years’ experience in an admin or office support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and Google Drive
CRM or booking system experience is a bonus (training provided)
Organised, motivated, and happy to lend a hand where needed
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
