About the Role
As a Workplace Services Officer, you'll support the day-to-day coordination of administration and office functions across Omni facilities. Based in Brisbane, this casual role helps ensure our Corporate Divisions run smoothly and efficiently. Please note that you will only be required on an ad-hoc basis.
- Provide admin and operational support across Corporate Divisions
- Coordinate events, manage office supplies, parking, and fleet as needed
- Support implementation of office procedures and WHS compliance
- Assist with executive meetings and contribute to process improvements

Essential Requirements
The below key requirements are required to be demonstrated by all employees to Omni.
- Be an Australian Citizen
- Hold a current Australian Government Security Clearance or be willing to obtain one
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
In addition, this role will require:
- Experience in using Jira or another ticket-based workflow tool
- Experience in developing professional presentations
- Competence in the Microsoft Office Suite of applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint
