Our client is a well regarded law firm based in the CBD. They seek to appoint a full-time Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join their team.
You will play a key role in the successful running of the office and will have direct responsibility for the management of the reception desk. Hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to the following -
Efficient and professional telephone and switchboard management;
Management of the reception diary;
Meeting room bookings;
Client hosting including offering coffee/tea, organising boardroom catering for working lunches, etc.
Assist with corporate and staff events;
Opening and distributing of mail/courier arrivals;
Organising couriers, posting, express post, etc;
Ordering and maintaining office stationary supplies;
General administration duties such as, deliveries, copy typing, formatting, editing, printing, collating, scanning and e-filing;
Data base management.
Your previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded, together with the following qualities, that will be key ingredients to your success.

initiative and drive - your self-starter attitude will be paramount;
