Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Under direction, perform office administration tasks including scanning, photocopying, electronic filing, and mail.
- Reception duties, including answering telephone calls, re-directing telephone calls, and taking messages.
- Basic data entry to records in the Visual Care system.
- File documentation including identification, qualifications, training, and clearances to profiles on the Visual Care system.
- Assist with recruitment activities including reference checking and physical interview set up.
- Calendar management support for the Leadership Team, including booking meetings and interviews.
- Assist with maintaining records to monitor the progress of applicants through the recruitment pipeline.
- Assist in booking induction sessions for newly appointed staff.
- Always operate within the confidentiality requirements.
- Source, order, and maintain stock of office supplies, including stationery, IT equipment, and consumables.
- Maintain supplier relationships and liaise with vendors for quotes, orders, and deliveries.
- Track and monitor office inventory levels, reordering as needed to prevent shortages.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Coordinate with office owners for office cleaning, repairs, and maintenance.
- Oversee kitchen and communal areas, ensuring they are stocked with essentials.
Qualifications and Experience:
- No formal qualifications required, but relevant experience in administration is highly valued.
Other Requirements:
- A driving licence and access to a car (Essential)
- Right to work in Australia
- A willingness to obtain and maintain an NDIS Worker check
