Join us as an Accounts Administrator within our Finance team, where you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to produce accurate and timely trade information and invoices for the recovery of harbour dues, wharfage, port access charges and cargo-based security charges.

- You’re an experienced accounts administrator comfortable to work with high volume invoicing.
- You’ve got an eye for detail and pride yourself in being accurate and speedy with the keyboard.
- You’re keen to learn and consider yourself a fast learner.
- You enjoy working independently and collaboratively within a small friendly team.
- You don’t mind a bit of repetition, but you also enjoy wearing a few hats and having some variety within your role.
- You’re comfortable with MS Excel and comfortable to learn a Master Terminal system.

As a Accounts Administrator, you’ll be at the centre of our organisation – processing trade manifests for all of the vessels arriving and departing Brisbane. While most day’s you’ll be working on the invoicing side of what we do – you’ll also learn and spend time within Accounts Payable and Collections.
