The Role
Reporting to an impressive Financial Controller, you will:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards
• Deliver P&L commentary, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Manage BAS, FBT, payroll tax, and other statutory returns
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow monitoring
• Partner with operational teams to provide clear, actionable financial insights
• Drive process improvements and support system enhancements
• Oversee AP & AR Officer

What You’ll Bring

• CPA/CA qualification (or working towards)
• 3–5 years’ experience in a broad financial accounting role
• Manufacturing, construction or distribution industry experience highly regarded
• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards
• Proficiency in systems and advanced Excel capability
• High attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines
