About the Opportunity

Finance Boost is looking for a motivated and focused Client Services Manager to join our team in Port Melbourne. This is a great opportunity to work in a newly established and growing boutique mortgage and finance firm that values relationships, culture, and long-term growth.

In this role, you'll be managing the full loan process from initial application through to settlement, while helping deliver a smooth and supportive experience for every client. You’ll be working with a consistent flow of leads that come from our internal networks and trusted referral sources. There’s no cold calling involved.

You'll work directly with the directors and team in a collaborative environment where your input is valued. You're not treated like a number. You're part of the bigger picture, contributing to a team that genuinely cares about clients and each other.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle the loan process from start to finish, including structuring, servicing, submission and settlement
• Research lender products and policies to find the right solutions for clients
• Prepare and lodge applications using BrokerEngine or similar platforms
• Communicate with lenders, clients, referral partners and team members
• Make sure all compliance and documentation is completed properly
• Support brokers to ensure clients have a smooth and informed experience

What You'll Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in a loan processing, broker support or credit-related role
• Good understanding of serviceability, lending policies and application processes
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several files confidently
• Comfortable using BrokerEngine, Quickli and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Enjoy working as part of a small team where everyone has an impact
