Full-Time I Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually

Work Schedule:
· Monday – Thursday: 9.00am – 5.30pm
· Friday: 9.00am – 3.30pm
· Saturday: 1 hour remote work from home

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our fun, hardworking team — with the opportunity to expand into Business Development and build relationships with key referral partners.
Working closely with the company director, you'll become the trusted go-to person, managing a variety of responsibilities across administrative support, project coordination, and business growth initiatives.
Core duties include, but are not limited to:
Handling inbound phone and email enquiries
Provide executive support: email and calendar management, and preparation of client correspondence
Marketing communications, website, and social media management
Invoicing duties
CRM database and sales record management
Building and maintaining effective relationships with vendors, agents and referral partners
Supporting advisers through end-to-end project management of the selling cycle, including: coordinating with agents for appointments, inspections and advertising, liaising with vendors throughout the sales process, preparing and distributing sales documentation and weekly project updates.
General office administrative duties

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the real estate sector
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and organisational skills
Well-developed computer skills, particularly in Microsoft applications
The ability to change direction quickly and to 'roll with the punches'
The ability to work productively in an autonomous environment
Energetic and proactive approach to problem-solving
A keen eye for detail and accuracy
Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
