About the role
We are seeking a Community Programs Coordinator to schedule and coordinate bookings for community programs including First Aid in Schools and Party Ready programs. This role schedules and rosters all schools and sessions for these programs from initial enquiry through to booking, confirmation and completion. The role will be responsible for producing reports, query handling, trouble shooting along with resourcing and availability issues. The role will support other community programs as required with booking and administration support and drive the ongoing development of these programs.
This role is based at our Notting Hill headquarters.
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
- A strong work ethic that is self motivated in a self managed team enviroment
- Strong attention to detail with experience in data entry and administration
- Good time management with the ability to prioritise, alongside excellent organisation skills and the ability to multi task due to the busy booking schedules
- Excellent skills across the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
- A passion for working for the health and resilience of young people in the Victoria Community across all walks of life
