A respected Brisbane based panel shop specialising in prestige vehicles including Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini and Lotus is looking for a part time Office Administrator to join their team.
You will ideally have 3+ years’ experience in an Administrative role, plus Xero Accounting system experience. Immediate start Monday to Friday school hours to suit the right person and Uniforms supplied.
Essential candidate MUST have Xero experience for payroll
Please do not apply if you don't have the relevant experience for payroll
Experience in Ibodyshop an advantage but not necessary
Your daily duties include:
Reception Duties – acting as the first point of contact for the company
Entering Debtor & Creditor invoices into XERO Accounting system
Weekly payroll
PA duties
Ad hoc duties upon request
Scheduling via Ibodyshop
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
XERO Accounting software - solid experience
Payroll
ATO reporting.
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Bank Account reconciliations
Customer focus
Microsoft Office Suite
