Key Responsibilities
Open new customer accounts and update account setups
Make outbound calls to follow up on payments and arrange payment plans
Process credit card payments and direct deposits into the accounting package
Maintain accurate customer account data
Liaise across teams via Microsoft Outlook and phone
What You'll Bring
Experience in accounts, credit control or admin support
Confident phone manner and proactive communication skills
Strong attention to detail and task ownership
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (email, calendar, contact management)
Bonus: experience with Attache or Reckon not required though:)
